1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on TaskBook, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the service.

2. Description of Service

TaskBook is a personal work-activity tracking tool that allows individuals to log tasks, record time, organise work by project and category, and export reports. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Credits System

TaskBook uses a credit-based system. Every new account receives 800 free credits on signup, with no credit card required. Credits are consumed when you create tasks, add time logs, export reports, or use the AI summary feature. Reading and editing existing data does not consume credits.

When your credit balance reaches zero, creation of new tasks and logs is paused. Your existing data is never deleted due to a zero balance.

4. No Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and credits are added to your account, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Accidental or duplicate purchases
Unused credits on account closure
Dissatisfaction with features
Account suspension due to policy violations

Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. We strongly recommend using your 800 free signup credits to evaluate the service before purchasing.

5. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
TaskBook is intended for individual use. Sharing accounts across multiple users is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice and without any refund of remaining credits.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are securely processed by Razorpay. TaskBook does not store card or bank account details.
Credits are added only after payment is confirmed by the gateway. If payment is captured but credits are not added, contact support@sanle.in with your transaction ID.
Credit pack pricing may change at any time. Existing credits in your account are unaffected.
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

7. Data & Privacy

Your task data, logs, and personal information are stored securely and are not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: your name, email address, workspace data, and payment records.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We may retain transaction records for the period required by applicable Indian law (typically 7 years) after account deletion.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Sanle Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

Sanle Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India. For billing disputes, please contact support@sanle.in before initiating formal proceedings.
