By registering an account or making a payment on TaskBook, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the service or making any purchase.
All credit purchases on TaskBook are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed and credits are added to your account, we are unable to issue a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. We strongly recommend using your free 800 signup credits to evaluate the service before making any purchase.
TaskBook and Sanle Tech Solutions provide this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose. Sanle Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms and any disputes arising from the use of TaskBook shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
For billing disputes, we encourage you to first contact us at support@sanle.in before initiating any formal proceedings, as most issues can be resolved amicably.
Summary: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Your data belongs to you and is not sold. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. For any issue, email us first — we're a small team and we'll do our best to help. These policies are effective as of 22 March 2026 and may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
